Dear CASCADE supporters,

We are excited to share with you the progress of our project, where we are developing a 10-week digital circular project incubator training program for digital service companies (SMEs). As you all know, our project aims to support digital SMEs in transitioning towards a circular economy, which leads to numerous benefits for both the environment and your business.

We are now halfway through the project, and we are proud of what we have achieved so far. We have conducted extensive research on the circular economy. We are well into the project of guiding the future users on how to understand the concept of circular economy, identify barriers to establishing a circular system, developing project ideas, getting informed on possible funding options, developing their project management skills, and writing a successful project proposal. 

The interactive learning materials we created using Articulate Rise are nearly finished for the first two modules and will soon be available on our website. Now we are in the process of developing the learning materials for modules 3, 4 and 5. In each case a concept has already been created, which was tested by workshops conducted in each of the partner countries with the target group in order to be able to incorporate opinions and feedback. This was very insightful, as we want to constantly improve ourselves and our learning materials in order to achieve the best possible result!

After finishing all e-learning concepts over the summer, we will be working closely with SMEs to pilot test the courses and provide them with guidance and support throughout the implementation process. We will also be organizing workshops and training sessions to raise awareness and disseminate the project's results to a wider audience.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the workshop participants for their support and dedication. We are confident that our project will make a significant contribution to promoting the circular economy and supporting SMEs in transitioning towards a more sustainable business model.

We look forward to continuing our collaboration in the next phase of the project. The next milestone is the finalization of all the materials during our transnational project meeting, taking place in Graz in the beginning of September. The pilot testing phase starts shortly after that and we are already looking for companies that want to use our materials for free, so contact us via our website when you are interested!
